  1. Welcome Aboard Gunny!

Ian, you have made a wise decision by hiring a Marine. You can ask JD about that, as he knows I am, as well as his PA that you are familiar with.

You will find that he will be very faithful to you and your business, plus he will be very detail oriented. I would gladly help him with anything he may need.

From a Grunt to an Instructor at Quantico with many stops between the two, means you will be a First Shirt very soon, Zac. (those are Marine Corps terms Ian.)

Hey Zac, you went in when you were 18, and I had my 18th birthday just 2 weeks after my feet were firmly planted on those famous yellow footprints at Parris Island :) And I went in from Dallas.

As a faithful follower of Ian I hope our paths will cross many times.

PS. Ian, please pass my email on to Zac, and when you do ask him if he still has his sunglasses :)
